He has served in various management roles for service industry leaders, including Marriott, Choice Hotels International, New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, AlphaGraphics and Comfort Keepers senior care.
In addition so serving within large organizations, Ray has deep experience in the small business sector, both as an owner and consultant. Ray currently serves as a member of the Arizona District Export Council (DEC), and he previously served as a member of DECs in California and Ohio.
